Shipping policy

We ship our products with Vinologix and DPD, both specialised in wine logistics.

We are not a big company and ship only once a week. Once your order left our warehouse, it will travel the number of days stipulated by Vinologix and/or DPD.

If goods are damaged on arrival, we demand immediate proof by means of photograph or film, which you can send to servaas.blockeel@gmail.com
